FAQ

You’ve got the Qs, we’ve got the As!

Q. Do you provide the alcohol?

A. Unfortunately, due to CA laws, our super sweet horse trailer bar is a dry hire bar. What does that mean? This means that YOU are in control of what you spend on alcohol, and we can’t (and won’t) upcharge you for any of it! This also means fun in the days beyond your event date, as you get to keep all unopened bottles to enjoy! Psst - we have an incredible vendor partner with extremely competitive prices, and who can even deliver to take this off your plate! FYI, because of this same law, we cannot offer a cash bar.

Q. How far do you travel?

A. Hey, hey. Just because she was born in 1968, doesn’t mean she can’t move! We travel up to 60 miles roundtrip from 91321 with your package and charge just a mere $2 per mile beyond that.

Q. Do you require power?

A. Yes, but we’ve got options. We need a standard 120v outlet, or we can add a small, quiet generator to your package for an additional fee of $150.

Q. What is your payment & Refund policy?

A. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee but the refund policy remains based on the original event date.

Q. What are the spatial requirements for the bar?

A. We prefer a wide, flat space to pull up & set up, but we can always get creative. Reach out to us if you have a venue in mind, and we can help with logistics! Check out approximate sizing on any of our bars HERE.

 Q. Can I rent the trailer outright?

A. Absolutely! Annie is used for anything from cake displays to farmers markets, and everything in-between. Hourly rentals (without staffing or packages) are $250 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. This includes drop off & pickup within 60 miles roundtrip. Sorry, we no longer allow outside bartenders to serve out of our Horse Trailer Bar. If you’re a photographer - email us below, we want to chat!

Q. Why do you ask for my entire guest count, even if they’re under 21?

A. We supply plenty of mixers and garnishes for even your youngest guests to order a mocktail from the bar. This count ensures that we are covered with all sodas and juices that are included with your package, and help us plan for water, etc.

Q. How long does setup take?

A. We plan on 2 hours to setup no matter how big or small your event is. This allows time to setup & chill down any beverages to be ready to serve.

Q. Is gratuity included?

A. Standardly, we put a tip jar on our bars. If you’re not open to that, we can add a gratuity to your invoice - just ask! Our priority is always to take care of our amazing staff!
